Love the quote you shared as well because I find it to be so true. Adversity is often a blessing in disguise. When I look back on certain times in which I was challenged with adversity, I see the value they had on my life.

I’m glad you liked it, Ron — thanks for telling me so! You’re right about the adversity. All of us need a trial now and then to become strong enough the withstand the ebbs and flows of life. Of course, none of us wanted a pandemic, and it’s frightening to many what things are going to look like on “the other side” of it, but we can only trust in the process.

Sneaky things, these plants. I must say — with blooms that pretty, I’d be willing to let it go and grow. Of course, if it’s really an enthusiastic grower, I suppose that could be a problem, but you have to admire its tenacity!
I thought this one was such a pretty lipstick-sort of color (not that any of us are wearing lipstick these days, ha!) But tenacious? You bet, and I have no intention of thwarting that. I probably should dig it up and put it in a pot, but maybe this time, Mother Nature knows best!

I do, too, Dawn, and they come in so many pretty colors! I’ve got my eye out for some zinnias this year, though. After seeing all the gorgeous colors in some of your previous posts, I know I want some of that around here!
