  1. OMG Debbie, this is the CUTEST picture EVER! Brilliant!

When I first looked at the can of food, I thought it was turkey soup for people. But at a closer look, I saw that it’s a can of dog food. And boy, does it ever look delicious.

And of course, Dallas looks so adorable, sleeping there. Cutest dog in the whole world!

Wishing you, Dallas, and Domer, a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving Day!

    • Glad you liked this one, Ron. The experts caution against giving dogs too much in the way of “people food” over the holidays. Some things (like chocolate and grapes) dogs can’t eat at all; other things (like the fatty skin on turkey) can damage their internal organs. I thought a canned Thanksgiving Dinner made just for dogs would be perfect (and Dallas seems to agree). He’s not spoiled or anything, ha!

Happy Thanksgiving to you, my friend. Hold onto your hat on when that major wind storm blows your way! xx

  2. I hope that company makes canned doggie sugar plums, too — for Christmas! That’s a wonderful photo, and I hope your Thanksgiving’s equally wonderful. Given that all but one of my pots and one of my skillets is packed up for the move, maybe I should get a can of that dinner, too! (Actually, I’ll be at a friend’s house, and I still have pie plates and my rolling pin at hand — I’ll make the pies.)

    • HaHa! Linda, something tells me you wouldn’t enjoy Dallas’s canned turkey feast, but it’s just right for dogs. Of course, he begs like crazy and I’m sure I’ll give him a taste from my plate, but how cool that a company recognizes that dogs have special dietary needs.

Happy Thanksgiving to you! I know your pies will turn out perfectly. And I’m glad you’ll be sharing the holiday with friends as you look forward to a new home!

  3. Awww! Lovely picture! Haha – it’s so great that they do special meals for our special furry friends for the holidays. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Dallas, Debbie – have a great day! 😀
